Plantation Original Dark is a blend of aged, elegant Trinidad rum and high-ester, pot still Jamaican rum. The blended rum undergoes a secondary ageing in old French oak barrels in the cool cellars of Maison Ferrand in Cognac. Elegant and complex, with dried banana, smoke and prunes from the Trinidad rum complemented by the succulent, spicy undertones from the Jamaican rum. A rich and aromatic rum that mixes perfectly with ginger beer, cola or in a cocktail.
