This Mezcal is aged in American oak for 4 months in the Oaxaca region in Southern Mexico. On the nose a subtle smokiness and sweet characters akin to vanilla and butterscotch. Extremely smooth on the palate, the flavours are more developed with hints of tobacco and caramelised stone fruits. A fresh long, soft smoky finish is present. Ideal to enjoy neat as a sipping tequila but also stands up superbly well in cocktails.
