This Single Malt from the East London Liquor Company is aged in a mixture of Sonoma rye casks and ex bourbon casks. It is double distilled at their East London distillery. They have been producing excellent spirit for a few years now, so we are quite excited to get this in. Aromas of milk chocolate, peanut butter and fresh hay, lead to big biscuity notes and almonds on the palate, finishing with vegetal notes of tar and green tomato.
