Figgy Pudding Gin takes a base of its original Cornish Dry Gin, and then has a whole load of dried fig, fresh clementine zest, seasonal spice and brandy-soaked cherry wood chips added to it. After distillation a dash of Pedro Ximenez sherry was added, which is where the colour comes from.
