Somerset Royal Cider Brandy, made from apples at Julian Temperley’s (a Rick Stein ‘Food Hero’) famous Burrow Hill Orchards. The 5 year old Somerset Royal Cider Brandy has lost some of the apple of Somerset Royal but is smoother and far more complex with a velvety palate and a sweet spicy aftertaste. It is very much an after dinner brandy and certainly our flagship for restaurants.
