These foraged botanicals are distilled with classic gin botanicals in a 450-litre bespoke copper pot still before being hand-bottled and labelled on site. For a delicious and refreshing G&T pair Shortcross Gin with elderflower tonic water and garnish with a twist of orange peel and a sprig of mint.
