This limited edition from Tobermory distillery features their heavily peated spirit, distilled and filled into refill hogsheads on 30th December 1997 where it matured for 18 years before being transferred into Manzanilla sherry casks for a further three years. This sherry finish has enhanced the peated characters and added a richer sweetness along with a subtle salty character.
