This Rum is made with a Colombian blend of Solera aged Rums which are matured in White Oak Barrels from anywhere between 12 and 21 years. The result is a flavour of Juicy Sweet Jam Plums infused with notes of Chocolate Chilli and just a touch of Woody Oak.
