Dried Riesling grapes, mirabelles, cocoa beans, acacia shoots grown in their own forest and pears from the Saar, give this extra-small batch gin a very special character of its own. Only the highest award winning Zilliken wines sold at auction, are used for the infusion. 36 regional botanicals, pot still distilled, proprietary grain spirit made from a blend of wheat, rye and spelt. Fragrant, natural notes of lavender and lemongrass, with a touch of citrus following shortly after. Flavours of lemons, limes and thyme with warming notes of ginger.
