A blend of mature rums, with a minimum age of 6 years. Distilled from imported Guyana molasses. It is a blend of pot and column still rums blended after ageing in re-fill Bourbon casks, the rum is then given a special second maturation in oak Oloroso Sherry casks. This process smoothes the whisky and imparts a distinctive and powerful Sherry aroma. A rich, fruity character, with notes of toffee, raisins and vanilla throughout the palate.
