A spiced contemporary gin that is full and rounded. It uses 10 botanicals including cinnamon, nutmeg, clove and ginger to create a warming character with woody sweet spice. On the nose, orange, pine needles, rosemary, cinnamon, coriander, peppercorns and clove. To taste, mixed spices, ginger, freshly ground pepper followed by a hint of orange zest. To finish, coriander, nutmeg, sage, and a dry lingering peppery finish.
