Historically reserved for the Bacardi family, and enjoyed by them for seven generations, it is one of the oldest private rum blends in the world. Made in batches from a special reserve of long aged Caribbean rums, each aged for at least eight years in small oak casks before selection and blending to create the rounded complexity of that only the finest aged achieve. A refined mellow rum with notes of prune, apricot, nutmeg and vanilla.
